DARI is a registry of rental contracts. It holds the identities of the parties to those contracts and the record of what they agreed — and nothing it does not need to do that.

What we hold

Your identity as Sanad confirms it: your name, your national or residency number, and the date the confirmation was made. Your national number is stored so that a contract can be matched to the person who signed it; it is masked everywhere it is displayed.

Your contact details — a mobile number and an email address — so we can tell you when something on your contract needs you.

The contracts you are a party to, the rent schedule under them, the fee bills raised against them, and the record of every signature, renewal and termination.

What we do not hold

Your Sanad password. You type it on Sanad's own site and it never reaches DARI.

Card details, bank credentials or any payment instrument. DARI is a biller: eFAWATEERcom collects the contract fee and tells us it was paid. Rent is paid outside DARI entirely and only recorded here.

Who sees it

The other parties to your contract see what the contract says and who signed it. A broker sees only the contracts of the office that appointed them.

DARI staff see what they need to operate the registry and answer support, and every such view is written to an audit log.

Government bodies see what the law requires — the Department of Lands and Survey for ownership verification, with your consent, and the tax authority for stamp duty.

Your rights

You can download everything we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete your account, from "My data" inside the app.

Deletion has a limit we will not hide from you: a registered contract is a public act and stays provable. Your personal data is erased or pseudonymised; the fact that the contract exists is not.

How long we keep it

Contract records are kept for as long as Jordanian law requires a rental record to be provable. Everything else is kept while your account is open and removed when it is closed.
